Fast-tracking electrochemical innovations & matchmaking | From Lab to Plant: Accelerating implementation of electrochemical technologies
The online event “Fast-tracking electrochemical innovations & matchmaking”, jointly organized by TNO, VoltaChem and the New Energy Coalition, brings together business and research organizations active in the field of electrochemical engineering with a key focus on innovation developments related to the energy transition. It provides a unique possibility to share and create new business opportunities and to establish new collaborations with international partners active in electrochemistry and the energy sector.
It is organized as a side event of the 12th European Symposium on Electrochemical Engineering.
Webinar and digital matchmaking
The event consists of two parts: a plenary session and a matchmaking event.
IMPORTANT: The plenary session is facilitated through the sympsoium's platform EventInsight for which participants will have receieved a personal link and login details. As a back-up you can also follow this session through a Youtube livestream: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=l5Rs3J_tQY4 However you can not interact with the speakers from there.
Parallel session
Keynote speakers Roman Latsuzbaia (VoltaChem/TNO) and Alexander Lüken (Covestro) will give a pitch presentation on their approach of scale-up of electrochemical technologies and their implementations.
Their pitch presentations will be followed by an interactive panel discussion on innovation developments within the Power-2-Chemicals domain: scaling up relevant electrochemical technologies and how to accelerate their implementation in industry. Joining the panel discussion will be Benny Bakker (DMT Environmental Technologies).
Martijn de Graaff (VoltaChem), will moderate the session.
For a full overview of the program, topics, speakers and panel members please have a look at the agenda.
Matchmaking
A key part of the program are the 1:1 matchmaking sessions which will take place online. The sessions will be pre-arranged one-on-one meetings with potential collaboration partners. The matchmaking offers you:
- Targeted 1:1 pre-arranged sessions to find new international collaboration partners
- Possibilities for sector-specific exchange with international experts in the field of electrochemistry
- Expand your network and meet new contacts from businesses, research and government
For more information about the matchmaking process, please check out the 'Matchmaking - How it works' page.
There is no registration fee for the event.
